Second Life of Battery and Energy Management System

Energy Management Systems (EMS) is a control unit which interfaces between grid, repurposed EV battery and any renewable power source (i.e. solar panel). 

In this research project, we develop an adaptive energy management software which can manage repurposed battery energy efficiently, monitor battery health and maintain the grid stability.
